Office Ergonomics Assessments

Office Ergonomic Assessments

Minimise the risk of injury by ensuring your workers are set up correctly.

Whether a worker is in discomfort, you want to proactively assess your workforce, or you’ve just moved into a new workspace, Absolute Balance offers a range of options to ensure your workers are set up appropriately at their workstations.

All assessments focus around four key areas in relation to the worker including:

1. Workstation design and legislative compliance to Australian Standards and applicable Codes of Practice

2. Biomechanical principals at the office workstation i.e. repetition, force, volume and exertion

3. Ergonomic equipment selection and appropriate setup for the individual

4. Ergonomic workflow design. Encouraging workers to move throughout the day to reduce risks associated with prolonged sedentary postures.
